THE CLIENT
The Obstetric Anaesthetists’ Association (OAA) provides education and training for anaesthetists, midwives and other practitioners involved in caring for pregnant women in the UK and overseas. It produces free, evidence-based information for the public about epidurals and other forms of labour pain relief and anaesthesia for caesarean section. A key objective is promoting safety in maternity care. As a membership organisation, central to this is an efficient management system.
THE CHALLENGE
With a growing membership base across a diverse range of working groups, the OAA reached out to Williams Technology to help them improve their manual processes and centralise all membership and relationship management in a single system. After a review of the market, the OAA selected Williams Technology for their rapid development BMS platform.
Using our rapid application development framework which provides an out of the box Business Management System which can be configured for specific requirements, we set about configuring and customising the platform to suit the OAA needs.
The OAA membership system managed all memberships, renewals, and provides comprehensive CRM functionality allowing the OAA to stay in contact with the members from a central platform. In addition the solution provides Content Management across a range of OAA websites providing a joined up approach to all content across web, email marketing and the membership system.
